imagine being lying in the middle of a forest, next to the beach, with the breeze of the wind and the birds in the background. All this in the heart of Rate. Without worrying about looking at the mobile. Sounds idyllic, right?

For this place exists and is in the Valdevaqueros beach. The team of TEACAMPA has reimagined the world of glamping taking it further and turning this ambitious idea into a project full of sustainability and 100% local, creating a new way of traveling in balance with the environment.

TEACAMPA

Welcome to your cabin!

Framed within the framework of the Valdevaqueros dune and beach, TEACAMPA has settled in the forest of the Camping La Paloma, where this season they have some 60 Canadian stores for rent. To create an even more immersive experience in the territory, and in homage to it, its five types of cabins have names of forests in the area: Sauceda, Almoraima, Breña, Algaida and Pinsapar.

The design of its stores is thought from quality, comfort and energy efficiency; his philosophy is to transfer that hotel experience to nature, keeping the detail in the furniture, accessories and comfort, so that we reconnect with her in a calmer and different way.

The commitment to sustainability is so important that in the construction of each store only recyclable or recycled material; each structure is anchored in the ground without using cement, through chestnut trunks that bear the weight

The heart of the project is put by his team, almost like a large family, which is involved in the process from scratch. From the design idea of each glamping tent, which is conscientious and creative, to the choice of materials, construction and assembly.

An artisan process that has a carpentry workshop with an expert traditional cabinetmaker from the Cádiz area, where each prototype is thought and structured until it is a reality. Also, a sewing workshop, where they measure every last detail that will be part of that room; and an assembly hall for the stores. In this way, each store is unique and personal, adapted to the space and coexisting with the trees and flora of the Tarifa coast in harmony.

TEACAMPA

Calm.

As a novelty this year, a pioneering idea in Spain within the world of glamping: they have included bathrooms in each of the cabins; independent modules next to each store with everything you need: towels, shampoo or soap.

But if you want an even more private experience, Sauceda, its star cabin of 2022, It has a bathroom inside the store itself, to make it even more special and intimate. In addition, in their summer calendar they have planned activities during the day of yoga, wine tastings, craft workshops…
