The Extraordinary BOJA concludes that, in view of the "evolution of health and epidemiological indicators", after notifying the Ministry of Health, The measures that are determined in each case before reaching that deadline of April 9 may be "modulated, made more flexible or suspended."

REGION OF MURCIA

In addition to the restrictions and measures applied at the national level (perimeter closure of the community and limitation of night mobility in the case of Murcia from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.), today, Two municipalities are at extreme risk: Caravaca de la Cruz and Puerto Lumbreras, where the infection rate has increased by 76% and 59%, respectively, in the last week.

Due to these increases, both towns will remain closed perimeter and they will not be able to open the interior of their bars and restaurants.

The measures that are currently in force in Navarra to deal with the pandemic are quite similar to those agreed upon in the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System, except in the aspect of the meetings.

To modify this aspect, as it did coinciding with the San José bridge, the president of the Navarrese government, María Chivite, has signed the Foral Decree of the President of the Foral Community of Navarra 10/2021.

“The special measures agreed for this period, and specifically those that affect the San José festivity, do not differ substantially from those already adopted by the Foral Decree of the President 7/2021, of February 23, which establishes measures to contain the spread of infections caused by SARS-COV-2, in fact, the only difference is the regulation of the measure relative to the permanence of groups of people in public or private spaces”, can be read in the decree.

It is at that point where the groups of people in closed public spaces will be limited to a maximum of four people and six in open public spaces, unless in both cases they are cohabitants. In private spaces, meetings will be limited to cohabitants.

The curfew, meanwhile, It is maintained between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

These measures are already in force and will last until April 9, although the Government of Navarra does not rule out tightening them if the upward evolution of the pandemic continues.

The perimeter confinement of Aragon will be in force until midnight on April 9, with a curfew that will start at 11:00 p.m. and last until 6:00 a.m.

As for meetings, they may meet at most four people in closed public spaces and six in open public spaces, except in the case of cohabitants. In private spaces, only cohabitants may meet.

in Catalonia, Restrictive measures to deal with the pandemic have been extended until April 9 because “on the one hand, it makes it possible to overcome the festive period of Holy Week; and, secondly, because it coincides with the end of the validity of an order from the Ministry of Health that further limits social gatherings”, according to statements by the Secretary General of Health, Marc Ramentol, collected in a statement.

Thus, since March 26, meetings of a social nature are limited to a maximum of six people in public outdoor spaces and four people in closed public spaces. In private spaces, they have to be limited to cohabitants.

The perimeter closure of the community is still in force and the curfew begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 6 a.m. You can consult the rest of the current measures through this link.

GALICIA

The Community of Galicia presents a promising and optimistic "COVID-19 traffic light". Despite everything (and in fact, because of it) the restrictions are not relaxed. The Galician map is divided into maximum incidence level (Bead), high level (Abegondo, Baiona, Cortegada, O Irixo, Ortigueira, Padrenda, Pazos de Borbén, A Pobra de Brollón, Rábade, Sanxenxo, O Saviñao), medium level (Vilardevós, Celanavoa, O Carballiño, Ribadavia, Xinzo, Cangas, Moaña, Gondomar, Meis, Bergondo, Boimoroto, Carral, A Coruña, Laracha, Arteixo, Betanzos and Camariñas) and low level . All these measures will be effective Starting this Friday, April 2 at 00:00.

For the whole of Galicia, regardless of the level of incidence, the hotel will only be able to open until 9:00 p.m. ; are prohibited meetings between non-cohabitants in the houses and, abroad, only gatherings of six people are allowed . The good news is that mobility between municipalities is allowed , regardless of the level at which they are found.

The differences occur in the restrictions of the hotel industry: the regions with the highest level of incidence (the case of bead ) the hotel industry is closed; at the high level, They will only be able to open their terraces, not interiors, and these must have a 50% capacity ; the middle level ** opens the interior of the hotel ** (with a capacity of 30% and without being able to use the space of the bar) and outside, the terraces at 50%; on the lower level, the capacity inside is increased to 50% (on the terrace, to 75%).

ASTURIAS

The BOPA (Official Bulletin of the Principality of Asturias) of March 15 , it is clear on its first page: "during the validity of the current state of alarm, scheduled until May 9, the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias remain with the limitation of entry and exit to its territory and the night limitation of mobility, between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. . fully in force, unless otherwise provided by virtue of a new decree".

Despite the optimistic figures for the Principality (with an incidence as of March 12 of 82.71 cases diagnosed per one hundred thousand inhabitants and an average positivity rate), "we have to bear in mind the appearance of variants of SARS-CoV-2 that , due to what is reflected in the countries with the highest circulation, have a greater transmission capacity and some of them could affect the immune budget capacity". That is why "they force us to be extremely cautious when it comes to maintain the measures to limit non-essential activities and control mobility for the holidays".

That is why, in addition to asking for "prudence, individual responsibility and avoiding or reducing social contact as much as possible", no massive events of any kind will be held. In addition, it maintains perimeter closure at regional regional level avoiding intercommunity mobility ; limitation of night mobility in a minimum section from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; limitation to groups of six people in open public spaces and 4 in closed public spaces ( except cohabitants for meetings in private spaces).

BASQUE COUNTRY

On March 26, the mobility restrictions in the Basque Country took a turn: the meetings of non-cohabitants both in private spaces and in homes or rural houses. Of course, the Euskadi Civil Protection Plan (LABI) has approved that those Basques who have already made previous hotel reservations will be able to travel within their Community.

In the case of the terraces of bars and restaurants (outdoor public spaces) only four people can gather; as in the interior public spaces.

The curfew for the entire Community will be 10:00 p.m. at 6:00 a.m. . Commercial or cultural activities will have to end at 9:00 p.m.

The COVID-thermometer of the Basque Country indicates that those municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants with an incidence rate equal to or greater than 400 (per 100,000 inhabitants) and for localities with less than 5,000 inhabitants that exceed the limits, there will be two closures : one municipal perimeter (but the transfer to a neighboring town for shopping or outdoor physical activity is allowed); another perimeter of Historical Territory (if they exceed 400 per 100,000 inhabitants).

As for the hotel industry, the opening hours indoors will be from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for those municipalities that have to be confined on the perimeter due to the incidence of more than 400/100,000. on terraces, can be consumed the rest of the day.

THE RIOJA

The Official Gazette of La Rioja of March 14, like the vast majority of the Autonomous Communities, confirms that the perimeter closure will not be lifted at Easter (until, at least, next April 9) . Curfew, between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
