Distance love map

**Eight years of relationship between Madrid and Chicago **, or what is the same at 6,725 kilometers. **Two years between Barcelona and Los Angeles**, that is, with 9,654 kilometers in between. And you complained about having to take two buses to see you with your crush. These data have been compiled by the Atlas Obscura website, which asked its readers about types of long-distance relationships and received nearly 600 responses.

With the results they created an interactive map of the world based on distance relationships, in which you can navigate and discover the results based on of the distance that separates the members of the couple, of the duration of the relationship, of the reasons for that separation in space and of their current status, that is, if they are still together or not.

Some data emerge from this survey, such as, for example, that long distance relationships are not temporary. In fact, one of the respondents maintains a relationship of 46 years, five of them of more than 30 and a dozen reached the decade. Love conquers all! And it is that most of the 595 people who responded to the questions continue with their relationship: only 117 broke the couple.
