Oman allows visa-free entry to more than 100 countries (and Spain is one of them)

Travelers will need to complete an online form prior to departure and have a PCR test once they arrive in Oman , in addition to downloading a tracking application, contracting health insurance for 30 days and performing another PCR test after a week of isolation.
