Switzerland's first immersive art museum, MAAG Music & Arts AG of Zurich, has just opened its doors with a world premiere: Viva Frida Kahlo - Immersive Experience . a spectacular immersive staging on the life and work of the Mexican artist –the first outside of Mexico– which will be open to the public at the Lichthalle MAAG until January 2, 2022.

In Viva Frida Kahlo - Immersive Experience there will not be Two Fridas (one of her most representative paintings, which she painted when she was divorcing Diego Rivera), but hundreds of Fridas, in cloned and projected self-portraits on the walls, floors and elements of the Lichthalle MAAG, a former concert hall –occupied for a time by the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra– converted into the first immersive museum in the alpine country.
