Imagine that we have just arrived in Budapest. Where to have breakfast?

for breakfast, bambi a hidden gem from the 60's where you can have breakfast all day. Don't expect there to be matcha lattes and açaí bowls... It's not modern, but rather from an ancient era, with a red leather interior, a selection of old school cakes and a nice terrace with local people reading the newspaper. Probably the most authentic place to start the day on this side of the ancient Buddha.

And for dinner or for a drink?

In the restaurant Salt, wild herbs and plants are hand-picked by the team, in the Hungarian countryside. Even the poultry comes from the chef's family. **The chef's table is placed in the middle of the restaurant, **so you can easily get close. You feel like you are at a family dinner in the country.

**What can be seen outside the most common tourist circuits? **

Budapest has an amazing architectural heritage. You can easily bump into masterpieces on your daily walks. The city also has a large variety of styles different. My favorite place is Napraforgó Utca, where various designers and entrepreneurs sensitive to modern architecture built an entire street in the 1930s. The most modern buildings were designed by the young architects of the time, who tried to introduce the Bauhaus spirit.

A lively neighborhood to visit?

I love the bustle of the area Bartok Bela Boulevard. In recent years, this neighborhood has taken center stage and is worth visiting to enjoy art, dinner or to have fun.

What excites you about Budapest right now?

I love how Hungarian businessmen are in line with all gastronomic trends from the creation of charming cafes to the production of natural wine. It is very interesting to see how people who were abroad come back to Budapest and start their own business with an international mindset and a local heart.
