Four masters of sensations: chef Javier Aranda, an expert in creating sensations in the mouth; Iris Scott , that artist who flees from the brush and creates textures through her hands; the creator of perfumes Barnabas Fillion ; and the artist, composer and mixer of nuances Michael Calfán .
