SHOPPING AND HEDONISM IN TWO DAYS
The first day we will visit an oil mill in Forallac , where you can buy products made naturally and handcrafted with the so-called liquid gold. In the Marc Franc boutiques we will have the help of a personal shopper to find the garments that best suit our tastes. We will practice golf in Santa Cristina d'Aro and we will let ourselves be carried away by the benefits of a wellness treatment in any of the spas in Lloret de Mar.
In order not to lose the habit, we will start the second day with a specific treatment in the Vichy Catalán spa , we will continue with golf in the PGA Catalunya Resort and we will learn the medicinal and culinary secrets of the native plants of Cassà of the Jungle . For the afternoon we will book a spa treatment at Magma ( Santa Coloma de Farners ), with thermo-medicinal waters that emerge naturally from the spring of the Termes Orion spa at 42º C. And We will end the day with an experiential beekeeping activity in Castanyet.

THE COLOR OF THE COSTA BRAVA: 4 DAYS
The first day in Girona we will ride a segway through the Jueu Call and we will discover the colors of the houses of the Onyar, we will get down to work in a pottery workshop in La Bisbal d'Empordà and we will end the day with an astronomical evening at the Les Gavarres observatory. On the second day we will visit Forallac oil mill and we will take the opportunity to buy as many natural products based on olive oil as we wish.
A horseback route from Quermany to Begur will return us to nature . And after a long route learning the methods of extracting cork from les Gavarres, we will discover the Cap Roig Botanical Garden , in Calella de Palafrugell. The third day we will live the fish auction in the port of Palamós and we will learn to cook the catch of the day in a cooking workshop. We will walk the coastal path Sant Feliu de Guixols or, if we feel like swimming, its via brava.
We still have time to visit the Vila Vella in Tossa de Mar and the Marimurtra Botanical Garden in Blanes. From this last town, we can go by bike to Fogars de la Selva by the Grans Camins de Aigua , a network of regional trails in the region of La Selva.
The fourth day We will dedicate it to playing golf at the PGA Catalunya Resort and cycling along the greenway that goes from Llagostera to Cassà de la Selva. In this last place we will learn the uses of medicinal herbs and we will leave for Salitja , where an authentic agricultural exploitation awaits us. In More Bes of Salitja family activities can be done, such as feeding the animals. In the afternoon we will visit the Trias Biscuit Museum , we will make the ratafía route to discover all the secrets that this liquor hides.
Girona: a show to discover
THERE IS STILL MUCH MORE: 6 DAYS
To complete the four-day tour, the first day we will be able to discover so much in Ullastret its medieval complex and the archaeological museum as well as receiving a typical cooking workshop. The second day we will dedicate it to walk through the town of peratallada . If you travel with children, the third day will be obligatory the visit to the Aquadiver water park in Platja d'Aro or to Water World in Lloret del Mar If not, the best thing to do would be to take a scuba diving course in Aiguablava. On the fourth day we will approach to the Cova d'en Daina dolmen in Romanyà de la Selva (Santa Cristina d'Aro) and the fifth awaits us Palamós with its Fishing Museum , its cooking workshop and its famous shrimp, and a burricleta ride. The sixth day will be completed with a visit to the historic center of Blanes, the Marimurtra botanical garden and the path of the hermitages.
