The Château de la Messardière has a lot of new features this season.
1. BECAUSE IT IS IN SAINT-TROPEZ

Originally from the Landes, Alain Lamaison was the youngest chef in Paris to obtain a Michelin star. and yet he traded the hustle and bustle of the big city for the premium seasonal products of Provence – like olive oil, which he is in love with.
After passing through different restaurants in France, this season he has been in charge of the Château de la Messardière kitchen to surprise with his most precise and modern proposals at the L'Acacia restaurant: from the great classics of French cuisine to the tastiest and lightest Mediterranean creations. In addition, knowing the new gastronomic trends, he has included a totally vegetarian menu in the menu.
He has also taken charge of the lunches and dinners by the pool at the tables of À Ciel Ouvert, restaurant where fresh fish, salads, grilled meat, risotto and pasta stand out.
