Forty reflective umbrellas hung at the latest edition of **Art Basel** creating a large sundial on the coast of Miami Beach.

This spectacular geometric constellation, named albedo and designed to interact with the public, was conceived by Tomas Saraceno in collaboration with Audemars Piguet . The watchmaking manufacturer, which has supported this fair since 2013, sponsored this initiative with which it pursues protect the thermodynamic balance of the Earth : The structure harnesses solar energy to levitate the Aerocene Foundation's iconic floating aerosol sculpture, the Aerocene Explorer.
