Upon his arrival in Madrid, a year ago, after passing through Salino, he has settled here not only to serve tacos and prepare drinks, but also to explain to everyone who is interested in his bar, everything and more about Mexican cuisine and cocktails.

He tells you, for example, the difference between Esquite and Elote, and when each one is eaten in Mexico City. In La Hermosilla they have Esquites, just as they are eaten there at the end of the day, in a small glass, with good mayonnaise foam and chili powder. If you let yourself, you will be surprised with those tacos that will surely drive you crazy: like the Gringa tacos, an evolution of the classic al pastor, with melted cheese in a flour tortilla.
