Magdalena Madariaga , or Mada, as she is known to everyone, is a movement guru mindful eating , which promotes eating with enjoyment, but also with responsibility. Healthy for you and for the rest of the world. “Eat positive, 100% animal free” is the motto under which she has created Viva Burger , her new vegan restaurant. After the experience with vegetarian buffet Live life , she has launched a menu specializing in vegan burgers, a common territory for carnivores.
In her letter she offers ten versions of vegan burger , which share the same base made from vegetables, oatmeal, peanuts and apples, except for the Arabica, made with falafel. And the accompaniments vary greatly: from the avocado and pico de gallo of the Badass to the fresh vegetable noodles of the hamburger from the garden –two personal recommendations–.

Accompanied by potatoes and pickles and with rustic , they appear served with a knife nailed by its great size. Burgers are very filling and you will need little else to complete your meal; but you should leave room to start with some spinach croquettes with three cheeses and, above all, for a nest salad , of zucchini noodles, rice noodles, coriander, with curry sauce and coconut.
