The scales have ceased to be an uncomfortable state of lethargy in which time is what passes between loop walks through the shops of the airport , naps that punish your neck, eternal doubts ("Will we have time to walk around the city?", "What if we better stay here?", "What do we do with the suitcases?") and caffeine in industrial quantities.

Thanks to the entertainment options offered by the terminals, boredom between flights no longer has a place. This year they opened amazing projects like Jewel Changi Airport , the latest addition to the airport Singapore , which has the largest indoor waterfall in the world.

We fly?

And that irrepressible desire to do away with the traditional and create an absolute experience next to the runways has reached its peak in the Tokyo Haneda International Airport , where is it located the first room in the world with a flight simulator inside, dubbed the Superior Cockpit Room.

Since last July, guests who decide to stay in this room for two people from the Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu -whose rate is around 215 euros per night- will be able to put themselves at the controls of a Boeing 737-800 in company of an instructor , as long as they hire the simulation package separately (approximately 274 euros).

The fictional route departs from Tokyo-Haneda International Airport and is destined for the Itami Airport, in Osaka. This domestic flight takes 90 minutes , during which aviation lovers will be able to pilot the aircraft from takeoff to landing. The two possible sessions are from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
