Monument to the Iberian and the luxury laterío in the center of Bilbao . For almost a century, the Gonzálezes, true product trackers, have made this bar a temple of quality raw materials, starting with the pig, whose hams and sausages bear the seal of Joselito , and continuing with cecinas, ventrescas, anchovies, cheeses, etc. As a novelty they present some kitchen tapas: Grilled Joselito pork, mozzarella salad, asparagus tempura...
