The particularity of this building is reflected in a series of atypical curves that have inspired them to erect a multifunctional building , in which visitors can immerse themselves in their favorite activity while enjoying idyllic views.

The library in question is part of a larger project that the local government has started last year, and through which they have proposed improve the use of public space along Haikou Bay . inside this rejuvenation plan -that is how the authorities have called it-, a series of constructions by both national and international architects have been organized, and the wormhole building will be the first to complete.
