Those responsible for it are Laura Lopez and Jose Fuentes , who had already demonstrated many things in **the Albedrío restaurant and in the Trasteo tavern**, and who dare with everything, mixing without complexes, taking risks... and almost always getting it right.

Two spaces, two cards and two prices . Downstairs, a bar and an area of ​​high tables, more informal, and closer to the open kitchen , where you won't miss a single detail of the action: chefs among Japanese knives, pots of aromatic plants and herbs of all kinds, always present on your plates. Diaphanous, bright, decorated with aquamarine blue tiles that imitate the scales of a fish and some marine motifs in a contemporary key and always with music to set the scene but without being intrusive. Here portions and half portions are chopped , which are presented on the menu in thematic blocks: "From the most traditional bars", "From the most distant neighbourhoods", "Mediterraneans with fusion", "Mediterraneans without confusion". All around 40 euros.
