Manzana Mahou 330 returns to the Madrid space where gastronomy, beer and art come together

Welcome to the asphalt oasis

Manzana Mahou 330 looks askance at tradition, it does not forget where it comes from. Hence, for example, its name comes from the time of Carlos III, when the place where it is located occupied block 330 of the city . Although, that does not prevent him from living the present and combining in this space three of the things that we like the most: gastronomy, art and beer.

Thus, in this space we can enjoy the Mahou Dinners , a gastronomic experience in which the dishes are inspired by art, by chefs such as **María Marte, from Allard Experience ** (June 24-July 16); **by Javi Goya, Javi Mayor and David Alfonso, from TriCiclo ** (July 18-30 and August 30-September 17); and **Roberto Ruiz de Cascabel by Punto MX** (September 20 - October 8).

On its terrace, moreover, there will be no shortage of **dishes and portions prepared by El Viajero, Tándem and La Cabra**, washed down by any of the beers from the Mahou range. And a plus for Sundays: brunch by La Cabra.

Visualizing us here day and night

Art will have its meeting point inside the Palacio de Santa Bárbara. Curated by ** Eugenio Ampudia , specialized in installations, video art and performance**, four young artists will reside in this building throughout the summer, creating their works and interacting with visitors to explain their work and drink from their contributions. Works in constant evolution that will make each visit a completely different walk through this atypical art gallery.

In this way, we will be able to see how a landscape becomes a territory when we traverse it, in the work of Francoise Vanneraud ; how you can get exceptional results when things go off the rails you planned with the creations of Maria Platero ; immerse ourselves in the universe of Julia Llerena and her way of translating abstract ideas or very broad concepts into everyday objects; and discover the project PLAYdramaturgy : through interviews with different people they will try to find a theater company, of which right now they only know its name and that it is possible that they are on tour in Chile, focusing especially on the search process and the interactions that can be created with other people. Because, in the end, it is not so much the result as what that journey can bring us.

WHY GO?

For the communion that is created between art, gastronomy and beer. Because it's not going to a summer terrace, but to enjoy an experience in which everything flows and is influenced , giving rise to new ways of experiencing a well-drawn beer, the contemplation of a work of art or the tasting of a dinner that combines gastronomy and art, since the chefs have expressly designed the menus based on the works of the resident artists. The ability to surprise extends throughout the building in the form, for example, of **mountains that are eaten (literally)** or works of art that you can star in.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

The novelty, that element so necessary so that the usual does not bore, is guaranteed . No matter how many times you go to Mahou Manzana 330, your visit will always be different. The continued work of the four resident artists at the Palacio de Santa Bárbara will make it a living space that evolves to the rhythm of the creations that unfold , always influenced by the interaction with the visitor, who thus becomes a creative element and not a mere passive consumer of art.
