When a place as classic as the Café Oliver in Madrid closes , something hurts in the soul of the city. But when it reopens, retaining its classic blue facade, its windows to the Almirante and Count of Xiquena streets , something revives. The mythical place that Adolfo Marsillach founded in the sixties has been respected by the two partners Ignacio Juanvelz and Rodrigo Marchal who have installed here Cannibal Raw Bar , the gastronomic proposal with which they have been triumphing in La Coruña for several years.

The cleaner interior still retains the style, although with the help of the make studio have introduced exclusive elements for this new restaurant that aims to popularize the concept of the raw bar in the capital. In other words, a high-quality product that is best tasted raw. Like its smoked Galician sardines, or the wild grouper ceviche, or the tartars and carpaccios.
