The Jerte Berciano show is well worth a visit
There, in Corullón (municipality of El Bierzo, León) it is now the time of cherries, which disturb the eye with their multiplication of petals. The landscape is dressed in white thanks to these trees, which they will soon grow in number thanks to the decision of the City Council of the area to plant from November, together with the neighbors, 1,000 new specimens. The idea is that, by 2018, the production of this delicious fruit -which awaits approval as a Denomination of Origin next year- is 100,000 kilos.
Meanwhile, the town is well worth a visit of those that include walks in the field in the morning , feasts at local restaurants (its gastronomy is outstanding, and its wines are included in the best guides in the world ), nap and start again. Get your eyes used to the splendid landscape:
