To do this, the Mornings.co.uk team reviewed thousands of Tripadvisor reviews extracting the number of mentions of certain search terms –"best breakfast", "great breakfast" and "excellent breakfast"– for each hotel and mapped the best ones.

THE BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST IN THE WORLD IS IN LONDON
According to research by Mornings.co.uk, the hotel Park Plaza Westminster Bridge , in London, has the best hotel breakfast in the world with 5,363 enthusiastic mentions.
Located in front of the British Parliament and Big Ben, on London's South Bank, the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge houses the Brasserie Joël , where they prepare a breakfast that would leave the Queen of England herself open-mouthed.

METHODOLOGY
As we have already pointed out, Mornings.co.uk has carried out its study taking into account Tripadvisor user reviews. Let's see how he did it step by step.
First of all, they used Tripadvisor's search function by keywords and location in the "hotel" tab.
They then used three search terms ("best breakfast", "great breakfast" and "excellent breakfast") and searched for them in every capital city and every state in the United States.
Finally, we "extracted the number of mentions of each term for each hotel and then ranked them by the combined mentions in all three terms.” The data was collected in September 2021.
